We will help you bring together your data in an automated way, and derive key insights bespoke to your business drivers.

1. Initial consultation (a couple of meetings - Free) - have a chat
   Free chat to listen to what you are looking for, and to cover in more detail what we can bring to your business.
   
   

2. Identify (2 days @ Advisory day rate - discounted to project rate if continued below) - advisory
   We will engage with you to identify

   • What you have in place already

   • Identify the key business drivers, and metrics

   • Identify the data sources which are available and fundamental to this.

   • Help develop a budget and business case for the project
     
     

3. Build platform (project day rate) - build it
   We will build the foundation data lakehouse to house a clean consistent, and up to date data platform, bringing together all key sources of data.
   
   

4. Build insights and reporting (project day rate) - reporting
   We will build business driver visualisations and key metrics reporting. These will help extract insights and answer questions which have been identified, and new ones through the art of possible.
   
   

5. Service- preserve, client plus extras, develop
   We can provide a bespoke ongoing reduced day rate accrual service plan to preserve and further develop your solution. You just pre-book a number of days each month.

   • Monitoring data processes, and data integrity ~ 1 day / month

   • Access to client plus services - excel linked reports, integrity/process alerts, data mappings (£250 per month - or free with 2 service days pre-booked)

   • New development - adding new datasets, and building new reports
